yeah was a good track, and you say its looks smooth, well the braking bumps which were created by second run were pretty harsh, and the compression bit well ill tell you this much, i was one of the lads who bottomed out and rode straight into the pole at a pretty high speed on the saturday :P Friends

You can either use something like scratchtape, (a clear tape you stick on your bike) or cover it in old innertubes! thats probs what I'll do if its really bad!

yeah yeah i know you didnt mean it. I know how hard it is when you live miles away from real tracks, i live near London so its very shit in hee but im staying for some weeks with my cousin who lives near caersws so i sould be sweating my ass off and training hard, cos i dont get chance to ride tracks like that often.
Dont worry, youll get faster and better, pm me in august if you want someone to ride with, im not slow,

dude you live in wales there has to be someone faster than you. go to caersws, or some uplifty day in cwmcarn and make new friends and ask if you can ride with em, find out where they ride, asnd try to follow, thats what i did. Now im training with one of the best riders in my country
